Highly recommend. The hotel is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well with a nice variety. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. It's also within walking distance of activities, restaurants and bars.

This hotel is located downtown. Walking distance to many eateries and pubs. The smell in the lobby can knock a person over. The 2nd floor hallway also smelled. Oh, let's not forget the elevator. These insulting smells must have occurred due to a bacterial bloom from the pool. The room had two queen beds with semi-firm mattresses. As many place, there were worn out electrical plug that were non-function. However, the room had an abundance of outlets and USB ports. The room did not have a light switch on the wall, only switches on the table lamps. TV, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator were in the room. A less than average breakfast was included. Because of the overwhelming smell, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are many other places to stay in Jamestown that don't smell, have great breakfast selections and better room. Oh, let's no forget the tiny cramped parking lot on the hotel grounds. DO NOT come to this hotel with a large vehicle and expect to find easy parking. If your good you might fit into a place... The room was an accessible room wich is fine but was not asked for. Very noisy because it was across from the pool. The bed was hard as a rock and the shower pressure was way to light. The room overall was just fine. It was clean and big enough. Breakfast was good. Locations was great. I can't say anything about the staff because nobody spoke to us except at check in and that was literally as brief as possible. He was not the most out spoken person.

We went for a mini vacation & chose this place for it's amenities and location. Had a very positive experience..clean, helpful, great breakfast! Also within walking distance for the National Comedy Center and the Lucy & Desi museum, along with plenty of great restaurants to eat.

The night staff was excellent. Was extremely nice. The day shift the one women was kinda of rude. The room we stayed in was okay. The door hung was broken so it made it hard to make sure the door was closed all the way. There was a bag over are smoke alarm which was concerning. The wifi did not work are first two nights. However, the kids really enjoyed the pool so that was a plus. It also helped us train are server dog in socialization in a new environment.
