4 months agoI was hoping to stay here recently, but the nightly rate and pet fee would have cost me over $400 for one night. I have two dogs that I travel with and was told a non refundable pet fee of $150 would apply for a one night stay. Huh? It's always been a flat fee of $75. I love Hampton Inn and really wanted to stay at this property, but not for that outrageous price.

6 months agoOne of the best hotels we've stayed at in quite a while! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, every morning for breakfast folks were being very sweet to our two kids. Also probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! We stayed here to be near family for a weekend visit and 10/10 will stay here again in the future!

6 months agoStayed with a family member and not sure if they actually completed the review, so here I am lol! This hotel is so well kept and full of friendly staff! I think the front desk lady's name was Susi and she was so kind and friendly and answered our inquiries including recommendations for local restaurants! The breakfast especially was delicious and comforting alongside a cup of coffee.Great job to everyone working here!

8 months agoThe only reason I gave them a 5 star is 10 wasn't available. Held an event in the conference room and the staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a small meeting venue. They did a great job.

10 months agoBooked 2 king/sofabed rooms for our 2 couple group headed to Holiday Valley for skiing. Great location for our needs. Hotel is clean, had no smoking odors, free breakfast served hot & fresh with many options. Lobby very comfortable with 24/7 tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Small-ish salt water indoor pool. Rooms/furnishings had minor wear. Beds very comfortable and towels soft & fluffy. Staff were excellent. Special treats at front desk for HHonors members.
