Convenient location and the staff/food/common areas are all great but the rooms and hallways definitely need a deep cleaning and/or updating. The doors stick, there is dust on the walls and vents, the furniture is beat up and the carpets are stained. The beds are comfortable and seemed clean. I expect better at this price point.

The room was OK but it seemed a little crowed. It had very limited electrical plugs available and several were non-functional. I personal found the beds too hard,but that was just me... The room was a little dated, the hallway carpets really need to be replaced. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The staff there were on top of the items and keep it well stocked. This is a good place to stay, in fact, I believe this was the second time I've stayed here.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown has been really pleasant. Easy to locate and get around the area from, spacious room, excellent breakfast options and friendly staff. Our check-in was easy and the guest services representative (nice woman with long black curly hair, my apologies I didn't get your name!) was really nice and even informed us we could move rooms if we felt ours was too loud. Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jamestown!

Accessible room was one of the best I have ever had. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Price reasonable. Dog exercise area well maintained. Overall excellent!

I have to say I’m mortified at the way our stay ended! This is our second stay at this location. We stayed 3 days, the first 2 days were great the front desk staff was friendly and fun to chat with. All the staff including the breakfast attendant were so nice. Then came our last day. We left our room before 10am and came back in the evening, our room was not cleaned. So I thought well I’ll just bring down our towels and ask for new ones. I simply asked NICHOLE is there a reason why our room wasn’t cleaned.Nichole immediately acted like I was a peasant and gave the worst attitude. She became combative and unprofessional, telling me a 51 year old to act like a grown up. She refused to provide fresh towels, because in her feeble mind I did not ask nicely. The situation was appalling and my husband a federal law enforcement officer was around the corner listening to her act like a spoiled rotten child. Forcing me to “ask nicely and say please” because I was not acting like a grown adult. She threatened to call the manager and have us leave the property. All because I asked for towels. I did tell her that I was leaving the towels but she lost her mind and said she was front desk not a maid and didn’t touch peoples dirty laundry. We both looked at each other and felt sorry for her she obviously has zero customer service skills. Nichole you’re a miserable human!??

We came from Ohio for a weekend getaway to the National Comedy Center and the Lucy Desi museum. Check in was fast and simple, our room was good, only complaint was the shower water was warm, not hot. The pressure was great but it could have been a loot warmer. Our breakfast was good, and had a good night sleep there.

All and all was a good stay! Saturday night around 1am a entire bus load of young men on a sports team of some sort arrived. Had to be 35 of em! They were not very considerate to the rest of the hotel. I called down to the desk because it sounded like the room above us was wrestling and stomping about! The guy at the desk informed me that a sports team had just checked in and they were just getting settled! It didn't quiet down till after 4am!!! Maybe next time put them on the ground floor. So noone is under them. It was very hard to sleep! Other than that it was ur typical Holiday Inn Express!
