Beautiful setting next to the ski slopes of Holiday Valley. 2 minute ride to "downtown" Ellicottville. Quiet, we'll kept, everything you need on site. Room was very good and clean. Furniture and TV are needing an update but everything in the room worked just fine. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable stay and all is well kept.. love the aesthetics as well as amenities. The staff are wonderful. Bless Dawn for her patience and making this a superb stay. She's an all star employee, an absolute Angel - very caring, gracious and always so happy to be helpful and make sure we're ? happy. I will definitely be back and I'm telling everyone about the great stay. Delicious coffee in the mornings as well by the way.

Made the most of the convenience of ski in/ski out, indoor/outdoor pool, ski check, and parking garage. Unfortunately, we arrived around 6:00pm to walk into what you see in photos 1-3. Front desk was apologetic and we left our bags in the entryway and had no choice but to go out for a couple of hours and return past the toilet bowl brush laying in the hallway to a cleaner room (photos 4-6). Went back to the front desk to request a blanket for the pullout couch and a television remote where the employee again apologized and said I should definitely see the manager in the morning. The next morning, back to the front desk for missing coffee filters where I began to explain we weren’t looking to make a fuss but the oversights were getting a little frustrating and I was quickly shut down and told, don’t worry we will discount the room (which I never asked for) and sent on my way. At checkout the invoice was not emailed and I had to call a couple days later to receive any invoice where it appears around $100 was likely taken off the bill for a three night stay if I do the math between the bill and the anticipated cost though any “discount” applied was not clear. Overall, the impression I got was they were completely aware and this wasn’t unique to my experience but the routine nature made it course of business to simply provide an inconsequential “discount” on the back end to account for not meeting expectations. It would be more effective to address the obvious deficits in real time and in a manner that demonstrates they are being fixed. Fortunately, in spite of this the kids had a great time. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

The location is great. The rooms were mid and the service was not great. The people working the desk seemed to be doing the bare minimum. For example, the one morning I asked about the cafeteria and directions to get there. They gave me and my 3 kids directions on how to walk over to it. They failed to mention that it wasn’t open yet. I generally felt like it was pulling teeth getting information from them. Just a little more thought and consideration into being treated as a paying guest would have been nice. The one night it sounded like there was constant scratching inside the walls. Was this a mouse or a squirrel? The interior of the place is starting feel like it’s on the decline and could use a remodel. The pool and hot tub was a good amenity. The sauna seems to have an issue with the door and there was a strange goo inside on one of the seats….not great to let your imagination run with what it was. There appeared to be remnants of this gooey spot the next day?. Again, great location but more thought into customer service and interior maintenance would be helpful.

Sitting right on the slopes requires only a short walk to the lifts. Underground parking garage a bonus during inclement weather, makes loading and unloading a breeze. The rooms were clean and the studios have a nice sized kitchen saving time and money on meals.

This is the best location relative to lifts but that’s it’s only saving grace. Rooms are nothing special, bathrooms are outdated with moldy shower curtains. Indoor pool area does not appear clean. The “sauna” is non-functioning. Front desk customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, this place needs a lot of updating and work to be worth the cost
