We had an average stay at the place we rented on Chautauqua Lake. Place was overall clean and convenient to places. Parking was nice. We went through ERA Team VP. They were decent at responding. Docking here with a boat at the home was in very shallow water. We stayed near Jamestown. We overall had a good time. The reason I’m only giving a few stars is because we feel they didn’t properly communicate to us a few things such as lack of AC on the first floor, a poor bed situation, and very shady and minimal directions and a cheaply made shower which caused the curtain to fall. Just looks like they cut some corners and they aren’t up front with things. We tried to get a refund, they wouldn’t respond to a refund-they just said tough luck. That’s what you get when you rent I guess…will I rent again from them-probably not, but I will visit Chautauqua again. It’s a learning experience to now quadruple check every single detail for the future if I rent. Thank you for the good stay overall.

There is much this company does very well. Their vacation property management department, though, never returns phone calls and emails, which has been the source of much frustration and even expense. We have chosen to terminate our property management relationship with the company.

Heather Shea-Canaley sold me numerous investment properties. I would highly recommend using her. She always got back to me in a timely manner. She is very Knowledgeable.

Hanna Soffel Briggs was outstang. She spent hours with us until we found the perfect home. She and her company were so easy to work with. If I ever buy another home they will be my first stop. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't be disappointed.
