9 months agoAbsolutely wonderful bed & breakfast!! One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Martin and Phillip are such lovely hosts and the house is beautiful and homey. The beds are so comfortable and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!!

10 months agoThe Edwards Waterhouse Inn in is a wonderfully cozy place to stay that I would recommend to everyone! We had our wedding at Main Street Studios in Fredonia, and stayed here for the weekend. Both places work together to make your event/weekend perfect. The rooms were clean and updated, but still had that old cozy inn feel. The beds were comfortable, and all of our guests LOVED the food. They accommodated all dietary restrictions in the group: gluten free, dairy free, pescatarian, vegan. And Phillip and Martin are the most WONDERFUL people. The communication leading up to the day was efficient. I couldn't recommend a place to stay in the area more! You'll feel like your right at home on your vacation or cozy stay-cation, and are free to come and go as you please.

12 months agoWe rented the entire place for family (10 adults) to gather and celebrate our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. It was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable, the house was a terrific home base, and the meals were spot on. The hosts cooked and served a family dinner after the recital - great food and service, classy and relaxing environment. This was our second stay at EWI and we'd hope to return any time we're in the area.
