We just pulled in to Dewittville KOA and I’m telling you this place is INCREDIBLE!!! We had just left another campsite in Chautauqua lake and it was depressing pulled in here 10 minutes ago and it’s like paradise! The employees are WONDERFUL! Susan ( I believe she is the GM ) is the NICEST lady ever she even helped guide us with pulling camper into spot ! Last year she even gave us a piece of board because our new camper closet broke ! She greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel so welcomed ! The view is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! This KOA IS clean and well maintained ! There are SO many amenities esp for kids . Heated pool, ( beautiful) playground and sandlot . The breeze is wonderful and just so relaxing ! If you are looking for a beautiful campsite with EXCELLANT customer service and BEAUTIFUL views please give this place a try ! OH there is also an AMAZING view overlooking the lake and trees ,there’s seating so you can just relax and watch. The sunset ! INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Update: We just left this BEAUTIFUL campsite had a FABULOUS TIME AGAIN! I have to say we are real big on customer service and the employees are SO FRIENDLY ! Susan , the manager is SO nice and will greet you and make you feel SO WELCOMED! We would also like to thank Mike for assisting in backing our RV in . Mike was SO INCREDIBLY helpful ,kind and patient ! Everyone there was GREAT! The view is BEAUTIFUL and the place is very well maintained ! The pool , SO clean and so refreshing ! The water was PERFECT ! While we were in the pool we had a great view of the lake and trees SO RELAXING ! Can’t wait to go again! I would also like to add that this location is WONDERFUL for kids of any age , so much to do !

This is our 4th year camping here 3rd year as a seasonal. My family and I fell in love with this KOA and staff when we had a weekend camping trip here 4 years ago. I quickly asked to be put on the seasonal list for a spot and as soon as I got called I said yes without hesitation. This is such a family friendly campground, the staff is always friendly and helpful, when there are any issues they are very responsive. The managers Susan and Anthony do such a wonderful job making sure the up keep of the grounds are always clean. I have had many friends and family come here and are always happy campers as they leave !! I highly recommend this campground.

We booked a cabin and got a full house that was located outside the gates of the park which made it feel like we weren’t camping these are houses not cabins in any way. We had a couple issues that were never taken care of. Outside light was not working, curtain fell off door and outside patio was covered in dirt. We asked for a lightbulb, someone to reinstall the curtain and a broom which we never got as we were willing to fix it ourselves. The pool is great as well as the playground and activity center. Dakota and Caroline were excellent with children Many activities for them to do but didn’t follow the agenda as it stated karaoke and that never happened. Campground has no access to lake but we were told it did beautiful views in some areas of the park to the lake. Wry friendly people that stay there store closes at 8 inwhoch a lot of people were upset with low stocked store but very friendly staff when they are open. All around it was a good campground but needs a little more attention to detail

Our family had such a fun and relaxing visit. The kids (ages 3 and 5) loved the pool and all the organized weekend activities. The staff was helpful with our requests. Everything was clean - we stayed in the glamping tent and use the communal bathrooms. The sunset view over the lake is beautiful. We will be back next year.

A beautiful, well-maintained KOA on Chautauqua Lake. There are many lovingly-maintained seasonal spots in the campground as well. Over Memorial Day Weekend the campground offered many special events for kids and adults, including live music, with drinks and food available for purchase if desired. The patriotic-themed golf cart parade was fun to watch. There is a safe, comfortable atmosphere with kids and dogs obviously welcome. It’s conveniently located between Lake Erie (visit the Barcelona Lighthouse, then amble along the Lake Erie Wine Trail) and Jamestown (visit the Lucille Ball statues, the Comedy Center, diverse shops downtown, or stock up at Wegman’s, Aldi, or WalMart). This is a beautiful campground.
