They called themselves a hotel but they are just a bar restaurant, the hotel part is the history of the place which is very endearing. The chicken wings are absolutely awesome, the service is fantastic. I've never had a disappointing visit. They have outside seating and are located right across from Chautauqua lake. So the view is spectacular.

We came in late one night this week right before the kitchen closed. They not only kept the kitchen open for us, but made us feel like family. The staff went out of their way for us and the food was delicious! Thank you so much.

Recently attended the winterfest and didn't want to stand in line for the food trucks. Found this gem in town and decided to give it a try. Glad we did! Between the festival and being Valentine's Day they were packed but we were seated within a reasonable amount of time. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip for a starter and it was amazing! Our entrees were equally as good. Staff was overwhelmed but kept their composure. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. 5 stars are too few!

Service is lacking. We watched 3 different sets of people come and leave waiting to be seated, they gave up so they left. People came after us and got their drinks and food before we did. At one point there was no waitstaff on the floor at all, for at least 20 minutes. I literally got up and left my table to find wait staff 5 different times. Absolutely ridiculous. As you can see from the reviews here many people have said the same thing. Hopefully management takes it to heart.
