3 months agoWe really enjoyed our stay at Pines. The motel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The tables outside the rooms provide a nice area to socialize and enjoy the outdoors. Of course being on the lake is the absolute best! Paul and Natalie are wonderful hosts.

4 months agoThe Pines Motel is a charming place to stay on a beautiful part of Lake Erie. The updated motel has the feel of a different era and is clean and comfortable. Natalie and Paul are responsive and helpful. It’s a great place for a family gathering with a number of different rental options.

4 months agoWe stayed at the Pines motel for three nights. The room was so nice, clean, and we felt pampered. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which was very nice. The outside is so comfortable to sit out there and enjoy the beautiful lake and pretty garden. The owners were very accommodating and kind. Thank you Paul and Natalie!

5 months agoHIGHLY RECOMMEND PINE MOTEL ON LAKE ERIE Hidden Gem on Lake Erie…. Have stayed at many rentals and hotels/motels around the Great Lakes (Michigan, Huron, Erie, & Superior – none on Lake Ontario). The Pines property is lovely, the accommodations in Cottage 15 were better than advertised. The website doesn’t do this property a proper showing. Owners and staff were super friendly and responsive. Stayed 4 days/3nights; used as base for winery tours, lighthouse tours from Erie PA to Dunkirk NY, geocaching around the area, and for live music events in Erie PA in evenings. Plenty of local bars and dive bars (The Vines Bar & Grille is a must stop) within 15 minutes of the property. Great locals… wonderful hidden beaches -- North East Conservation Park is a hidden gem just minutes away south on SR-5 just inside PA.

5 months agoWe had a lovely quiet getaway for some much needed rest. The upstairs cottage was perfect. Clean, comfortable, roomy and everything needed was there. We love to walk the beach and drive into town for great meals and check out the area from Erie to Dunkirk. The hosts are so friendly and we really enjoy it here. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you
