2 months agoWe had a fantastic stay at Blue Canoe. It was easily one of the best-appointed Airbnb properties we’ve rented—super clean, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and with everything we needed for a great stay. It’s also an incredibly peaceful and quiet spot with a beautiful view, which made it the perfect place to relax. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

2 months agoOur second stay at the Blue Canoe was just as wonderful. It was nice to visit in warmer weather and take advantage of the beautiful lake and hiking trails at Lillydale. Kimberly has thoughtfully appointed the place with everything you may possibly need and the place was spotless on arrival.

3 months agoThis is a wonderful home right on Cassadaga Lake, very well cared for. Lots of natural light and comfy layout. I think our favorite part was the large porch, with a sofa and two chairs overlooking the lake. We took full advantage of the two kayaks and the paddle boat at all times of the day, but especially in the early morning when the lake was very still and we could watch the ducks and herons. There are nice places to eat and drink nearby (Big Inlet Brewing, the Olde Corner Deli and the Cassadaga Country Club in particular), and then more options in Dunkirk, NY on Lake Erie, about 20 minutes away. Our family couldn't have had a better time.

The two-bedroom, one-bath home was in pristine condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The waterfront location was peaceful and relaxing, with gorgeous views that made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic place to stay.
